ARTSECO Customer-Training

Not content just to provide transport and storage services, we organize training courses, workshops and specialist talks touching on the whole spectrum of art logistics. This enables you to give your staff a greater insight into this sector, including the issues of transport, customs and much more.

This training benefits all involved: fruitful communication requires that we talk about the same things using the same language and helps us achieve our goals together. It accelerates all the processes involved, fosters a joint understanding and facilitates top quality results.

Service Areas

This compact workshop provides an insight into the most common customs procedures. We do not provide training to become a customs broker and we will not transform your staff into dispatch experts. We do however make them aware of a range of issues pertaining to these areas, thereby facilitating communication with your most important partner: the art transporters.

Contents of the Training Workshop:

  • What preparation work is required on the part of the gallery to enable us to complete all customs formalities?
  • What dangers are associated with incorrect statements?
  • How complicated are time-sensitive dispatches and what are the most important factors in getting your art to its destination on time?
  • Which destinations incur customs charges?
